Perkeo is a Legendary Joker: every time you leave the shop, it makes a Negative copy of a random consumable you're holding. Like every Legendary, it only comes from The Soul, a rare card that can turn up in Arcana and Spectral Packs. A seed decides which pack holds it.
Every seed here was posted by a player on Reddit as a Perkeo seed. We checked each one against the game's seed logic and kept it only if Perkeo really appears in a pack you can reach without skipping a blind.

How to read the tables. "A1 pre-Big" means the Ante 1 shop you visit just before the Big Blind. Ante 1 has two shops (pre-Big and pre-Boss); later Antes have three. * after the deck means the post didn't name a deck, so we checked Red Deck. β after the stake means the post didn't name a stake, so we checked White Stake. Shop cards 1-2 are on display when you walk in; later cards need rerolls or a later shop in the same Ante.

Invisible Joker can be sold after two rounds to duplicate a random Joker. The copy doesn't keep the Negative edition, so leave room for it in your Joker slots.
The vouchers line up early: Telescope in Ante 2 and Director's Cut in Ante 3. Hanging Chad is in the Ante 2 Buffoon Pack before the Big Blind, and Mime is shop card 4 in Ante 2 (rerolls).

Our run matches the post card for card. Negative Triboulet is card 4 of the Jumbo Arcana Pack in the shop before the Big Blind, and Negative Perkeo is card 2 of the first Jumbo Arcana Pack in the shop before the Boss.
The Ante 1 voucher is Director's Cut, which lets you reroll the Boss Blind.
Both Ante 2 skip tags are Ethereal Tags (a free Spectral Pack each). The Ante 2 shops behind those blinds carry Standard Packs and one Jumbo Arcana Pack.
The Ante 3 Small Blind skip tag is a Negative Tag, and Vampire is the first card in the Ante 3 shop.

Hold the right consumable when you leave the shop. Perkeo copies one random consumable you're holding, so a single held card means a guaranteed copy of that card (our reading of the card text).
Observatory pairs well. With Observatory, every Planet card sitting in your consumable slots multiplies its own poker hand by 1.5, and since Perkeo's copies are Negative they don't crowd those slots. Telescope is the voucher that comes before it.
Crystal Ball (+1 consumable slot) gives you room to hold more than one card for Perkeo to pick from.
Before you play
Use the deck and stake in the table. A different deck or stake changes the shops.
Gold Stake is different. Since patch 1.0.1f, a random-seed run on Gold Stake makes the first Legendary one you haven't won with on Gold (SteamDB patch notes). Our checks use the stake shown in the table.
Locked Jokers change results. We assume every Joker is unlocked.
Don't skip early blinds on these seeds. Skipping a blind also skips the shop after it.
Seeded runs don't count toward unlocks or achievements.
How we check seeds
We work out Antes 1-8 for the posted deck and stake from the game's seed logic. A seed is verified when every item in the post title shows up in a pack, a voucher or the first few shop cards. We leave playing-card ranks in Standard Packs off, because we can't confirm them reliably. Results assume every Joker is unlocked.
