How it works

At the end of each round, Cloud 9 pays $1 for every 9 in your full deck. A standard deck has four 9s, so it starts at $4 a round and grows as you add more 9s. It is Uncommon, costs $7, available from the start, and Blueprint and Brainstorm cannot copy it.
