Verdict

The largest flat multiplier printed on any joker. X4 every hand once your deck can reliably produce four of a rank.

X4 is the biggest flat X Mult in the game, and it fires on any hand containing four of a rank — including Five of a Kind and Flush Five, which are strictly better hands.
Four of a Kind is far more reachable than it looks once you thin the deck and convert ranks. A deck of twenty cards concentrated into three ranks produces it constantly.
It requires no counter, no scaling period, and no consumable upkeep. It is at full power immediately.
Because Four of a Kind is a high base hand, it also has the chip base to make the X4 worth something, which is not true of the Pair-based multipliers.

Right of every additive joker.

Thin the deck hard with The Hanged Man. Fewer cards means a much higher chance of drawing four matching ranks.
Convert with Death, pointing junk cards at whichever rank you are concentrating on.
Level Four of a Kind with Planet cards (Mars). The X4 needs a chip base under it, and hand levels are where chips come from.
DNA is excellent here — copying a card of your target rank moves you directly toward the hand.

A deck concentrated into a few ranks that produces Four of a Kind on most hands.

The Hanged Man removes cards and Death converts them, so together they reshape the deck toward a single rank rather than waiting on draw luck.

X16 on any hand containing four of a rank.

The copy applies the same X4 as a separate trigger, so the two multiply rather than add.

Before the deck is converted this is a Rare slot that does nothing on most hands. Do not buy it hoping the deck comes together later.
X4 is flat. It does not grow, so it is a foundation rather than a win condition past Ante 10.
The unlock requires winning a run without ever playing a Four of a Kind, so many accounts do not have it yet.

X4 on a levelled Four of a Kind is a comfortable Ante 8 clear against the 100,000 boss requirement.

Needs to be paired with an uncapped scaler. On its own the flat X4 falls behind by roughly Ante 10.
